• Visit our scheduling page and set up a free or low cost, confidential telehealth visit with a health care provider. The provider can help you with contraception, sexually transmitted infection screening, pregnancy options counseling, and more.
• You will receive a link to complete self-check-in. This will allow you to review and sign consent forms and confidentially answer questions about your health and medical history. To save time in your visit to focus on what matters most to you, please complete self-check-in before arrival at your telehealth appointment.
• Sign up for our Patient Portal. Patient Portal is a free, confidential link that puts you in control of your health history. Through the Patient Portal, you can contact your provider directly, view your test results, schedule appointments, and access your medical records.

Individuals must live in Mississippi to qualify.
